These brand new one and two bedroom units are located just steps away from Spiro’s studio building and feature queen size beds, furnished kitchens, bath, coin laundry facilities and wireless internet included. The units are located on the second floor via stairs. Spiro does have one ground floor type-A accessible unit. Please contact Spiro Arts regarding current availability.
1 bedroom (private) $60 a night (Only four available).
2 bedroom (private) $80 a night (shared) $40 a night per person.
