Workshop Registration Form & General Information
If you would like to register for a workshop at Spiro Arts, please read through the provided information and click on the link below to download a registration form. Workshop participants cannot currenty register online, and Spiro Arts cannot guarantee placement in a workshop without a completed registration form, along with required payment(s) received. Once we receive your completed registration form, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Upon completed registration, additional information regarding workshops will also be sent by email, or by mail through request. Admission is first-come/first-served on all workshops.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
In order to cancel a workshop or housing reservation and receive a refund, you must notify us at least 30 days before the start of your workshop or housing reservation. If we are given the required 30 days notice, we will refund your deposits less a registration fee ($45/adult - $30/child), a workshop cancellation fee ($100 per adult workshop; $30 per children's workshop), and a housing cancellation fee ($50 per week of housing reserved). NO refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the start date of the workshop or housing reservation. If we cancel a workshop, you will have the option of transferring to another workshop, based upon availability, or we will refund your payment in full.
Waiting Lists:
Waiting lists are maintained for all filled workshops, a $45 reservation fee may be required and would be returned if a position does not become available. If your registration form is received & processed after the workshop has met the enrollment limit, we will contact you immediately.
Accommodations:
Spiro Arts offers affordable & deluxe accommodations (limited availability) at Silver Star, please view our accommodations tab for more info. Pets are not allowed in any of the units, or the studio.
Cost of Materials:
Tuition does not always cover the cost of all workshop materials used for students' own production. Materials cannot be purchased through Spiro Arts, some classes will require that you bring tools with you. Please review the workshop descriptions in full, or contact us for further information.
Studio Safety:
In many cases students may be working with tools which, if improperly used, can cause injury. Workshops include a safety tour and information about the proper handling of tools and materials. However, students assume the risk of working with tools and materials provided through the workshop.
Policies:
Drugs and Alcohol are not permitted in the studio's. The legal drinking age in Utah is 21. The use of illegal drugs while at Spiro Arts is strictly prohibited. We cannot tolerate behavior that jeopardizes your safety or the safety of others.
Spiro Arts is not responsible for the security of property belonging to students, instructors, or staff.
Students are not permitted to have pets with them while at Spiro Arts.
Spiro Arts reserves the right to dismiss any student, without refund, for behavior that is disruptive to the community learning and living environment. Spiro Arts may refuse admission to students with a past history of unacceptable behavior.

Workshop applications must be received six weeks prior to the workshop starting date, a registration deposit of $250.00 may be available for certain workshops. Contact Spiro Arts prior to mailing in your registration form for additional deposit information.
